&lt;p&gt;Cheese&amp;#8230; Potatoes.. CHEESE??????????! Who doesnt &lt;span&gt;❤ cheese!!?! My first double baked cheese potato was so amazing that I still remember the taste of it till today! I don&amp;#8217;t even remember how many years ago it was. Then I was dinning at a local heartland American Restaurant and found similar taste! But first &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;❤ still lingers I must say.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;What I am waiting for right? Just whip it up on my own! Husband was so lost in looking at what I am up to. I refused to tell him until he have a taste of it. He took the first bite and.. &amp;#8220;CHEEESE!!!&amp;#8221;. It was so funny and he mentioned I made so many of them. You know what? End up all 6 were gone! It went so well with my beef sausages! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Back then when my cousins were still staying with us.. we would head out on some Sunday morning for Dim Sum (Assorted Hong Kong Breakfast Snacks). Miss those days. Chinese tea and never ending of Dim Sum right across the table. Jokes and talk of the town was the topics. It was a great way to end the week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some months back I was craving for this Mango Prawn Roll!  Quite badly actually. Different placed &amp;#8220;dress&amp;#8221; their rolls differently and so is mine. I am not sure what type of skin they use but probably the traditional handmade Popiah skin. Which is not easily available today. You gotta get them in the wet market or just learn to make them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also used fish paste for this recipe. The texture was not what I would like it to be. I will use squid (sotong) paste the next time round. I have quite good luck with mangoes actually. They always taste just right. Overall it was crispy and the sweetness in the mango matches the prawns well. Just (Boo!) on the texture. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;♪ &lt;/span&gt;Roll.. Roll.. Roll.. You boat..~ its the Nutella Swiss Rolling yoz~! All 5 rolls within a saturday afternoon.. Mixing of batter after batter.. Filling trays after trays.. In and out of the oven.. Rolling after more rolling! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Husband came home that night and dashed for the rolls! These are his favorites.. Once he starts he cant stop. #Smart tip: Cut the ends for the Husband and store the rest UNCUT. I am just way too evil. &lt;span&gt;✌&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Chocolate Chip Cookies and I&amp;#8230; go a long way BACK! Its the first ever recipe I tried  baking on my own with the only toaster oven back then. I was.. 13? It was a tried out for a friend who wanted to present hand-made cookies to her then boyfriend.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Those were the school days where puppy &lt;span&gt;❤ were as sweet as candies and &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;❤ never sees any flaws.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have probably only baked Chocolate Chip Cookies for not more than 5 times? Its a   failure-proof recipe and anyone can bake it like a pro. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Still&amp;#8230; till today.. its a Friendship Cookie for me and will always remind me of that friend. Cheers to Friendship!&lt;span&gt;ッ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Always keep in mind.. My Grandma has a special taste bud. Today, she requested for this for dinner. Of cus.. my job is to make everyone food craving come true. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Its the first time I actually hands-on chicken stock boil it for hours. If you use meaty chicken flesh.. you might just not get the stock you want. I use chicken wing tip here. It turn out really well. The fragrance fill the house and the soup base was light and tasty. Divine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;These are my cousin&amp;#8217;s recipe. Instead of the usual marination.. This uses fermented tofu. To some it might be a little stinky or too salty. But its nice! Its not as bad as smelly tofu really. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Because of the high salt content.. the chicken is marinated just right. It also has a little spiciness it in so we can skip the pepper. Its a healthier marination choice!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Its kinda like the shrimp paste chicken but less then salt and unhealthiness!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Its been pretty wet week here locally.. and I decided to whip up some Seafood Tom Yam Hotpot for dinner.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have a love &amp;amp; hate relationship with Tom Yam.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I love the spicy hot soup with the pinch of sourness and sweetness from the seafood in it. The spices is rich and its a very special combo. I hate the part when the sourness is overpowering!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Actually.. is Tom Yam supposed to more sour or spicy or equal ratio or even with sweetness in it??? I AM LOST!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Therefore.. you wont actually see me eating this dish when I&amp;#8217;m out.. close to never it think. &lt;p&gt;Surfing the net the whole entire day for a easy home-felt chicken dish for Grandma&amp;#8217;s dinner. There was the usual &amp;#8220;Three Cup Chicken&amp;#8221;, Sesame Oil Chicken, Honey Wings etc. I decided to mix and match the recipe a little and came up with this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Amazingly, this dish got Grandma eating non-stop and having more serving! Me too!  Potatoes managed to slip in some of the taste and was not too cook.. still crunchy! I could have marinated the chicken more but I wanted it to have a stronger taste of the sauce more than the chicken. I am WEIRD.. i KNOW. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I always enjoy simple recipe but tasty. For us locally, Chinese especially, RICE plays a huge deal for dinnertime. If the dishes are tasty, we can munch down bowls and bowls of rice and feel good about it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Forget about the carbs at times.. its about eating till your heart content. Its probably my excuses for the carbs! Guilty as charged! &lt;p&gt;It’s not a common tool for cooks locally here.. We are probably too lazy to write! &lt;br/&gt;
We end up printing out or bookmarking the page. I have my folder of recipe and I believe I will pretty much need a bigger folder soon!! &lt;/p&gt;
